Properties located in MO, WA, TX, KY, VA

Must be 1st lien position, no pre-existing mortgages 

Max Loan To Value 75% ARV

Must be non-owner occupied

Borrower is LLC or business entity

Experience required - at least one similar deal

Short Term lending up to 12 months
